Earnest answered all my enquiry very promptly, very courteous humble lad ! his partner, Adrian and team did a good hacking job. I am doing vinyl only for my living room cos the floor tiles were cracked badly, but some other companies aren’t confident as they are worried the Hecking process may affect the tiles to break in the bedroom as well so I was suggested to heck all tiles in the house to do vinyl ! Adrian used an instrument to check on the tiles and assured me that the tiles in the bedroom wouldn’t break while doing the hacking job only in the living room. This is 亲力亲为 inspection ! unlike some other companies that spoke to me , they are “salespeople” but not the ones doing the job hence can’t assure me on the Hecking part !
